I'm a massage therapist here in Rochester specializing in deep tissue, medically based therapeutic massage.

I use trigger point therapy, myofascial release, orthopedic massage, neuromuscular therapy, and many other techniques to treat a wide variety of issues.

Alleviating your pain, stress and discomfort is my goal, and your health, safety, and well-being are of paramount importance to me.

My office is scent free and complies with all covid safety regulations.

I accept cash, Venmo, card and HSA/FSA with a doctors prescription.
